Alex provided a great first time home buying experience for my husband and I! Alex Smallwood was professional throughout the entire home buying process! He was knowledgeable about the current market trends. We were recently faced with the task of selling our deceased mother's home. We were hesitant of even obtaining a realtor. We assumed the process was going to be tedious and the realtor wouldn't understand our situation. We were completely wrong!! Christie came in and from day one, put our fears at ease. I found Christy to be very professional and kept in contact throughout the process. I first met with Christy well before I was ready to list asking advice on what I needed to do before listing. She was most helpful and honest with what would be most helpful. In the end the house sold above the listing which was most helpful because I have moved to a more expensive market.
