Jonathan was great to work with every step during the buying process. He presented my offer to the seller and there were multiple offers all within several hours of house being listed. He advocated for me and negotiated with the seller successfully even when I was afraid to lose the house due to back up offers. He even reached out to my loan officer when needed. I’ve recommended Jonathan to my friends who are moving to Kentucky from California. I know he will be as great to them as he was to me.

Rusty and Rachel were uniformly excellent throughout the process including initial evaluation of the property, preparation of the property for market, marketing of the property, and the sale itself. Their communication with us during the entire time was thorough and often enough that we remained informed without becoming redundant or bothersome. We would recommend them without reservation to anyone searching for real estate professionals in the Lexington area.

Rachel and Rusty helped my husband and I through the process of buying a home in Lexington. Since we were from out of state, we relied on them heavily to search for homes.
