Erin Lewis is an amazing realtor! We have utilized her services for several listings and we have referred her to many of our friends! She makes it happen - even with obstacles like a slow market or an empty house - she is always "can-do" and professional. We have lived through several challenges with the sale and Erin ALWAYS takes the high road and is fair and honest. Our last move was out of state and we missed her in finding a home in FL. We are encouraging her to branch out and practice here too. Don't waste another minute trying to choose someone, she's GREAT!

When I was looking at different models at Sander's Gardens Rob happened to come into the model that I was currently looking at and he remembered me from twenty years ago when I met him as agent and developer of Heritage Place condo association where I previously lived. I was interested in getting away from condo living, getting to just one story and decided I wanted to venture out and have a home built to suit me and my needs. I couldn't of done this move and sale of my condo without Rob's patience, guidance and previous experience relationship with Rob. There was a lot I learned on the building side of a home but Rob was always available to answer my questions or meet me in person. I am very thankful for his patience.

Katie is the ultimate realtor! She’s extremely knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way throughout the whole buying process. Katie is always available and returns calls or texts immediately. We worked together for a YEAR to find my kids a place to buy. It was during the time of multiple offers and a time when most would give up. Katie was so encouraging and positive, never giving up on our quest to find the perfect place. She found us a house and we couldn’t be happier. Katie has such a positive, happy personality which is a joy to be around. We will use her again in the future and highly recommend Katie Wilcox !
