We met Malcom's wife Debbie first as we were browsing through a model home (of the model we actually built). At the time we were just browsing and considering options. A bit of time later as we were deciding to either buy or build we walked into another model and met Malcom. Both gave us tremendous amounts of information and help. I am very picky and a very straight-forward spoken person. Malcom went above and beyond to help with every question or concern that we had during every stage of the building process. I would recommend he or Debbie to anyone needing a realtor.

My experience with Malcolm was excellent. He was excellent at listening to us and then presenting offerings based on that communication. He made sure that we understood every step of the process and addressed any issue immediately with follow up all the way through resolution. It was the best buying experience I have ever had and I would recommend Malcolm to anyone.
