Rob Bolton was very helpful and available throughout our year long wait for our new home in Brannon Oaks. Not only did he sell us our new home but he also sold our previous home in four days! He gave us pointers to help get our home ready for sale which I believe was the reason it sold fast. He would answer questions and made the whole process easier when there were issues we had with the new home as well. We don't plan on ever moving again!!! But if we do we would seek out Rob because he seems to have patience and guidance throughout what sometimes can be a stressful journey.

When I first met Ben Brown at a Ball Homes model home I could tell he knew what he was doing and was there to help me and my family find the home we were looking for. Throughout the process i could get him on the phone anytime or email and get the answers. He made things happen for me that i thought weren't going to be possible.
