Being an out of state buyer, I needed an individual that had a vast knowledge of the Richmond area. I felt I had many requirements I wanted in a home and she was able to guide me through the housing market. There were times I needed her to show me homes even though she had out of town guests, but she always made me feel as though I was her only client. After the home was bought, I knew my time with Jennifer was over. I miss her smile. Jennifer will treat you right and find you that perfect home.

Rusty sold our home in less than 48 hours and we felt compelled to allow him to help us build our new home. He was upfront during the whole process and ALWAYS took our call even during the difficult "wait time" when it seemed like forever to get the build process moving at a faster pace.

Sharon and Traci sold two houses for my mother over a two year period. Both houses sold within days! They patiently walked us through all the steps and made sure all the little details were handled - from the marketing within days of being asked, to punch list repairs, meeting repair people, securing closing details, etc. This was especially important this time, and we now live out of state. They handled everything seamlessly from afar.

Sharon was great. She told us she thought our house would sell within a week and it sold on the third day for full list price. She gave us recommendations on things we could do to make our house more appealing to buyers and even came over when we had a consultant with a flooring professional to help us make a choice. She certainly went over and above for us!
