We worked with Rusty to sell our home in Lexington, and he was absolutely outstanding. Rusty clearly knows his industry very well, and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, and was always available to answer our questions and discuss any issues with us. Rusty is clearly a very effective advocate for his clients, and his expertise allowed us to feel comfortable with the process since we were in such good hands. I can't praise Jennifer enough for her work during the construction of our home. We worked closely with her well in advance of lot releases, through selections, and finally through construction and closing. Jennifer is an expert in her field and always prepared. When questions arose during construction, she was prompt to follow-up and completely transparent with expectiations (both for us as buyers and Ball as the builder).

My husband and I have owned several homes since 1976. In 2011 my husband passed away and by 2016 I decided to sell my fifth home. After researching, I chose Rusty to be my realtor. Rusty Underwood is the best realtor I have EVER worked with and I have worked with a number over many years. He was consistently extremely dependable, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy. (Just look up the definition of Eagle Scout within the Boy Scout handbook and that describes Rusty.) I especially liked that he was always in my corner, looking out for my best interests. Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful process but Rusty made the process very smooth for us. Rusty is very knowledgeable about the market and will help you find the home you want. He cares about the investment you are making with a new home purchase. He suggested many ways that we could improve/update the home we were buying to help increase the value in the long term and he steered us away from bad investments. We have two small children and Rusty was flexible and understanding with our schedules. Rusty works hard for his clients and is there to handle any issues that arise. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Jennifer Sisson is an amazing agent. Sold our home in a short amount of time (4 days) and was with us every step of the way.
