Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Showed me a few homes and set me up with lists. When homes with my specifications came on the market he instantly showed them to me. I had used other realitors and had lost out on homes I really loved do to their slow reaction time. Jonathan knew what he was doing and found me and my wife a beautiful home that we love in our price range with most of the features we where looking for in a home. He did find us a home not just a house to hold our things.

Charing and Marty Taylor helped us find our house and close the deal. This was the best real estate experience we have ever had. It was obvious they were 100% on 'our side,' not just on the side of completing a sale. They were honest and unbelievably hard-working. Integrity is the word that comes to mind, trying to describe them. They arranged showings according to our needs, which were rather immediate. They followed through with issues, making closing a smooth process. They arranged for the BEST inspector. It was a stroke of luck that Charing and Marty became our realtors. Now, we would never work with anyone else, again.

Working with Tabitha was a blessing. There were a few bumps in the road concerning the buyers financing but Tabitha was on top of every difficulty. She promptly communicated delays and was very meticulous with the paper work. I was also impressed with her ability to adapt in times of difficulty. In addition, Tabitha is a very sincere and transparent person. She cares about her clients and I was confident during the entire process that she would be there to support us with the sale of our home and on a personal level as well. Honestly, Tabitha is 'salt of the earth', you can trust her.

We had a wonderful experience selling our home with Rusty as our realtor. Some hiccups happened along the way, that was totally out of his control, but he was there to guide, support, and communicate to us our options going forward. With Rusty’s expert knowledge of real estate, we were able to sell our home quickly. My husband and I would recommend Rusty Underwood to anyone that is looking to sell their home in record time.

Christy made my first home buying experience unforgettable. She always went above and beyond for me, answered all of my questions, and was with me every step of the way even when she didn't have to be! throughout the long process of home buying, she would always check in just to see how things were and if I needed anything! I would strongly recommend her to anyone, I will be telling everyone I know about her and the amazing experience I had! Thanks again, Christy!!

Jonathan was readily available whenever we needed anything, including various questions that we had throughout the process. We felt he was open and honest with us and provided us with more than adequate info regarding the properties we looked at.

Tabitha did a great job for me. I have been trying to sell my house for a few years. I always got offers well below my asking price and other times would have NO ONE to come see the house at all. But Tabitha gave me a call and said, I can sell your house. I was skeptical but she had a buyer there the next day with an offer of my asking price. WOW! I'd work with this women again when it comes to real-estate.
