Rusty went over and beyond our expectations of an agent. We met Rusty when we first moved to Kentucky, at an open house. He offered to meet up with us the next evening, convenient to our time, and go over what we wanted in a home. All I can say is he listened and within 2 months we had closed on our dream home and when it came for us to buy a condo for our sons, a year later, we contacted him for advise and needless to say, we bought our boys a great condo, right on campus, with his help. I have worked with Christy multiple times. Every time was enjoyable and a valuable experience for me. She is knowledgeable and very willing to work with you. I was pretty picky, she was patient and understanding when I would change my mind. She helped guide me through the process while allowing me to make the choices and was always open to questions I had. I will look to her the next time I am looking for a property.

Buying and selling a house can be very stressful however having Erin Lewis as our realtor in this process has been a god send. This is our 3rd time working with her and I highly recommend her whether you're a first time buyer or looking to move into a bigger/smaller home. She has a keen eye for all properties that fit your budget and design that you're looking for. Additionally, she's very tech savy so you can always reach her by phone, text or email. Erin's realistic in her assessment of properties and will give you the knowledge and information you need to know. Her negotiation skills on our recent purchase and our recent sell were outstanding. Honestly, she's the best realtor to work with. My husband and I not only think of her as our realtor but our friend as well.

Working with Rusty was fantastic. I had complete trust and knew I was in great hands throughout the entire process, which made everything so much easier. I could make decisions with confidence because Rusty was there to guide me through it. As a first time buyer, and I assume any buyer would agree, this was key!

From day one, Christy was so personable and helpful. She made our purchasing experience so easy and not at all stressful. Christy kept us in the loop at every step of the process. She introduced us to the sellers prior to closing who were also lovely people. We are extremely satisfied and happy in our new home! I would definitely work with Christy again but I don't think I will be moving again anytime soon! However, if you're buying and/or selling, give her a call! You'll have a pleasant experience.
