Rusty had a wealth of knowledge about the neighborhoods we searched. He also had personal relationships with every agent we crossed in the research phase. His local ties were obvious throughout the process. Not only did he help me pick out the perfect house, but he worked with me to find a great contractor as well. His dedication and service to clients is obvious. His work ethic is likely unparalleled. Communicating with Rusty was always timely and efficient. I have recommended him to both family and friends. This review is long overdue, Jennifer helped us buy our first house. She is everything you want in a realtor. She is patient, personable, and she is knowledgeable. She actually just helped my best friends buy their first house. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy.

Rusty recently helped us purchase our first home and we could not have done it without him. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism made the whole experience a lot easier and less overwhelming then we feared. Jennifer helped me both buy and sell the house for which I am writing this review - she's as good as they come. Made buying and selling a very straightforward, painless experience. From her knowledge on area market prices and what you can expect to buy and sell for she is fantastic. Was a big help when finding reliable, competent contractors to fix small issues with the house after the home inspection and was always there 100% when I had questions 24/7. Furthermore, she's always in good spirits and is optimistic and ready to help you find your dream home, or help you sell yours. She's super-quick to respond and answers your questions honestly and with a great deal of knowledge. Would *definitely* recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a house in the Central KY area!

Jennifer was extremely delightful to work with. She helped me buy a new home as well as sell an existing home. She was very helpful in every step of the process. She has a wealth of knowledge and makes you feel very comfortable that you are working with one of the best. I'm not sure there is any other agent out there that is more responsive than Jennifer as she was available for all my questions when I needed answers. In the midst of buying and selling at the same time, she was a very calming and reassuring person to have help get through the process. Thanks Jennifer!

My husband and I met Rusty Underwood at an open house we were perusing on a Sunday afternoon. As it turned out that home didn't work out for us but Rusty patiently and diligently searched and searched with us for the right home, came to our current home and listed it for us, found our new home and helped us find the right people to do a remodel on the new home. Throughout this process I have never met anyone more professional, thorough, where we always felt we were his only clients, honest and straightforward! We made a friend in the process. Rusty helped my wife and me buy a home in Lexington in 2014. We were moving in from out of state which made the process more difficult for us. I could not have asked for a better realtor to be our advocate and feet on the ground during that process as often he had to handle meetings and look at properties without us actually being present. Even after we had closed on our home, Rusty has continued to remain available and helpful; he has become a friend.
