Jennifer helped my husband and I buy our 2nd house but first house here in KY. Since we didn't know the area she gave us specs on everything. She was always willing to answer questions and was always readily available. She was very patient with us. And made us feel very comfortable. We did not get a regular loan. We got one through Rural housing and she was very knowledgeable about RHS loans and homes in the area that would qualify. We definitely recommend her and if we need to a realtor in the future we will be using her again!

Jennifer was very helpful in the purchase of our home in KY. She showed this home to our daughter as we were still in AZ and we were very happy to find it. Jennifer was always there to make sure our lender was kept up to date with everything for the closing.

I have purchased and sold many homes in the past 10 years and have worked with many real estate agents during this time. We decided to switch realtors recently and chose Jennifer. Not only was she amazing as far as responsiveness, our situation was complicated and she went above and beyond to professionally handle additional communication needs between parties and made sure we were on track for items we needed to complete. The electronic signatures for most of the process made for one of the easiest real estate transactions I've ever been involved in. Our house was sold within a week of being put on the market and she drove the entire process to closure. Not once did we have to request status on anything. She was proactive in her communication and was one step ahead of us the whole time. With the success of our recent sale and the fact we did not have a single complaint or even a suggestion for improvement, she will be handling our next two real estate transactions. Jennifer actually helped us sell our home and buy a new one. She was able to get a buyer after 4 days! WONDERFUL to work with. I dreaded buying/selling a home, but Jennifer made the entire process incredible. She will be THE ONLY agent i ever use.

Rusty helped me buy my first home, and I highly recommend him to everyone and will definitely work with him in the future. He is professional, reliable, and extremely hardworking. He was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and always made time to talk, no matter the time and despite a 3 hour time difference. He was eager to negotiate in order to get the best deal possible and did so until I was fully satisfied in the deal. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything about my new home from start to finish. It was such a smooth process and I am positive that Rusty was a big reason for that.
