She was very intuitive and wonderful through out the process. We came to a crossroad when we were almost about to give up on this project until Vicki introduced us to Erin. At the BallHomes' office, Erin quickly figured out what floor plan my family would love and showed us the Newbury floor plan. This was amazing bringing us into owing a home mood..............this is our first project and it was spectacular. I will always recommend her to anybody who is really looking for a house to buy. This was my wife, and myself second go round working with Matt. He helped us purchase our first home together, and now 5 years later he has helped purchase our dream home. Matt, is very ardent about putting his clients first. We never felt rushed, and or pressured in the process of selling/buying our home(s). He was always prompt with his responses to any of our questions and concerns, and was always very detail with his answers. He is perfect for first time buyers, and first time sellers (which we were both at one time while working with Matt) Even with this year being a very difficult year with the pandemic, and also while during the process of selling our house, my wife, and I were grieving a personal death to our family. Matt, was beyond understandable and helpful through the whole process. I [highly] recommend him if you are looking to sell/buy!

Jennifer Sisson did an excellent job and was very easy to work with. Our home sold quickly, and even though our closing was during the height of the pandemic, it was handled efficiently and professionally.
