The purchase of a new house and the sale of our home both took longer than anticipated. The style house that we wanted were in short demand and were sold sometimes before you could get in to see them. The market for houses where our 'old' house went cold in the fall. Lots of showings but no offers. Charing and Marty didn't let that bother them. Finally the house was sold in February and closed in March. Although a much longer process than we anticipated the house we now call home is just what we need and we are glad that with their help we found it.
