Sheila and I first met Rusty 3 years ago while we visited and open house on a new Ball subdivision. We had listed the home we currently lived in with another realtor and had an offer on it but to make a long story short that realtor was not completely up front and had actually hid some important information from us that gave us pause so the sale did not go through at that time. Rusty at that time had us ready to build a new home and when this happened to us, we had to back out on plans to build a new home. Finally this past February, we decided to try our luck again and sell the current home and purchase/build a new one but this time we called Rusty and he could not have been more empathetic and understanding and we sold it within 48 hours of the listing and everything was flawless with all the details taken care of by Rusty. We are currently building in Canewood in Georgetown and Rusty took care of that for us also. Rusty is my newest BEST friend for his ethic and sincerity.

David was very responsive and did a great job getting my home sold! We had some bumps in the road with mother nature but he stuck with me. On my new home, David was a great resource in getting things done and in a timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable about the product in which he is selling including all the options available. I would highly recommend David to any family and friends for any real estate needs.

Debbie was the very first realtor we spoke with when we walked through the open house at the Talbot. We were new to the selling our house / building a new house and she was amazing through the whole process. Her listing got us 35 viewings on our house and it sold within a month. Debbie was in constant contact with us throughout the whole building process to explain or answer any questions we had. With Debbie we gained more than a house more than realtor, we gained a friend and that meant the world when going through this stressful process. Charing and Marty Taylor helped us find our house and close the deal. This was the best real estate experience we have ever had. It was obvious they were 100% on "our side," not just on the side of completing a sale. They were honest and unbelievably hardworking. Integrity is the word that comes to mind, trying to describe them. They arranged showings according to our needs, which were rather immediate. They followed through with issues, making closing a smooth process. They arranged for the BEST inspector. It was a stoke of luck that Charing and Marty became our realtors. Now, we would never work with anyone else again.
