We knew Jennifer was the right choice for us when we met her at the model home we chose to build. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. Kept us informed throughout our building process, and would even meet up with us when we had questions or concerns. Rusty Underwood is the most honest realtor I have ever met or had dealings with! Fi he says he is calling you back he does it! Never have had to call because he did not return my call! I just wish Ball homes was as fair and honest as Rusty!

Richard is truly the epitome of the professional realtor. He was there to guide through our purchase every step of the way and made the process so simple. He went to bat for us to make all our issues were resolved and handled appropriately. He was available anytime we needed him which was comforting to know. He even went as far as to have our house cleaned for us! Who does that? This man is the best at what he does and he comes highly recommended from me and my family.
