Very pleased with the entire Milestone team, and Erin Lewis, she always kept me up to date on my house, and was only a phone call away if I needed any questions answered. Greatly appreciate all the hard work and time put into the purchase of my new house. I would like to add, loved the availability of the Model Homes and being able to walk thru my house on the weekends, always an agent on site with a key. So I could have easy access to see progress on the house during the building process.

I can't praise Jennifer enough for her work during the construction of our home. We worked closely with her well in advance of lot releases, through selections, and finally through construction and closing. Jennifer is an expert in her field and always prepared. When questions arose during construction, she was prompt to follow-up and completely transparent with expectations (both for us as buyers and Ball as the builder).

Initially we were not impressed with Milestone Realty because the pictures taken of my home were substandard. When we viewed the pictures on the Internet we were very unhappy. But Debbie Meers replaced the photos with photos she took herself. Debbie did an excellent job replacing the pictures. The photos Debbie took of my home were great. And she coached me on how to make my home look presentable in or order to sell. When we bought a house we had problems that Debbie helped us resolve. We had several problems in both selling and buying that Debbie helped us resolve. She hung in there and did not give up. Many thanks to Debbie and Malcolm Meers.

Marty and Charing were absolutely fantastic. They were always available, easy to contact, ready with their advice, eager to help, & most of all - truly on our side. Marty & Charing hardly compare to the realtors with whom we've dealt in the past because they were so, so much better. They were always prepared and great negotiators. Rob went above and beyond in order for my wife and I to have an exceptional building experience through Ball Homes. Whether that was taking evening and weekend phone calls, coordinating with our superintendent on a regular basis, or resolving an issue/concern before we made a request; Rob did it right. It also goes without being said that his thoughtful and congenial nature put us at ease while we made major decisions surrounding our first home. For these reasons, we are extremely grateful. We have immediate family moving into Central KY in the coming year and have already made sure that Rob at Milestone will be involved in their building or buying process.
