Tabitha was amazing. I travel frequently, so the few days I was in town a month she was very helpful in getting me into the houses I wanted to see. Working with Richard Flora was a great experience. His knowledge of the housing market of Lexington and his knowledge of real estate are second to none. From the first detail to the last, Richard was there and available anytime we needed him. And Richard made sure we were taken care after the inspection. I'm sure it's easy to miss things and end up with issues in your house but Richard defiantly wouldn't allow that. He helped make sure all the issues in the house were addressed and he even made sure our house was cleaned for us before moving in. If your in the market for a realtor, look no further than Richard Flora. You will not be sorry!!

Debbie Meers was wonderful to work with and took excellent care. I live in California and was buying a home in Lexington KY for my daughter. Therefore, the distance made this more unique. She showed my daughter and a variety of my family homes as I was unable to travel to and from for viewings.
