Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2012, Christy has built her career around helping people navigate some of life’s most significant decisions. Her experience includes residential real estate and building and remodeling, serving clients as a new construction specialist on the Ball Homes account. Throughout her work, she emphasizes integrity, thoughtful guidance, and personal care.
When asked what she values most about her profession in our agent spotlight, Christy’s response captured that commitment: “The people. I really do love helping people.”
Christy’s accomplishments include Christie’s International Real Estate Masters Circle recognition and multiple years of Top Producers Club honors. Christy’s dedication to others extends beyond her professional responsibilities. As president of Carin for Nurses, she continues the work of her late sister, Carin, who founded the nonprofit to provide financial assistance to nurses and their families during difficult times. She also volunteers with Georgetown’s Amen House, supporting neighbors in need. Her community service has been recognized through the 2022 Bluegrass Realtors Good Neighbor Award and the 2023 Kentucky Realtors Good Neighbor Award.
This year, Christy was also named a finalist in the nationwide Remarkable Women campaign, which celebrates women making a difference in their communities. The distinction adds to a career marked by a consistent commitment to helping others.
That commitment is grounded in a genuine affection for Georgetown. In her earlier spotlight, Christy spoke warmly about the city’s local restaurants, downtown businesses, and the beauty of the surrounding Kentucky landscape. Her appreciation for the area brings a personal perspective to helping clients find their own place within it.
