About Kendra Smith

I’m from Lexington KY, born and raised.  I am highly motivated and have a passion for helping others. With years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and attention to detail. I have always had an interest in the real estate industry. Here at Christie’s International Real Estate Bluegrass, I work as the MLS and Transaction Coordinator. I am responsible for overseeing the administrative details of the real estate transactions, ensuring that all paperwork and deadlines are met while providing support to agents, clients and any others involved in the process. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out and traveling.
