About Katie Wilcox

I am from Manchester, New Hampshire, and graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health. My manufacturing job in environmental, health, and safety brought me to Lexington in 2015. Shortly after, I decided to get my real estate license and practice full-time, and I haven't looked back! While I wasn't born here, I'm proud to be a Kentucky transplant and Lexington has my heart!

My passion for people, the community, and real estate has helped me represent first-time home buyers, investors, builders, relocating families, and people experiencing life changes requiring a special move. I pride myself on being genuine and personable throughout the home buying and selling process and work tirelessly to promote my client's best interests. As a full-time REALTOR^®, I work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible while prioritizing communication. 

I am a Ball Homes Specialist, representing the largest builder in Kentucky, and I work in all of the Central Kentucky neighborhoods. I built my very own Ball Home in 2021, so I have a great deal of personal knowledge and understanding of what the process is like for my clients. I provide expert advice on our neighborhoods, floor plans, and selections, guiding buyers throughout the entire building process.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Rob, and our sons Henry and Connor. In our spare time, you can catch us traveling, spending time outdoors, and catching up with friends and family.
