Energizing, challenging, exciting, and fulfilling—these are the words to describe my experience and environment in this ever-changing real estate world!  And I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Real estate presented itself to me 20 years ago when I completed a 27-year teaching career.  When I was considering a change of career, a Realtor friend of mine weighed the pros and cons of working in this challenging world.  I was concerned that I had taught junior and senior high English and expressed to my friend that I was at a loss as to what I might do since I had “helped” young people for 27 years.  My friend immediately responded with these words: “I like to think I help people at one of the most important times in their lives.”  And I answered with a smile, “I can do that!”

Clients have blessed me in numerous ways.  Some have needed new construction assistance, others have expressed joy in finding their first home, a few have needed emotional support and care as they decided to move to another state, several have needed encouragement in selling a parent’s home, and still others have sent referrals my way after a positive experience.  These wonderful clients have become my new “students.”

Being associated now with Christie’s International Real Estate Bluegrass brings its own excitement.  Our office strives to provide the best and most recent technological resources, a fully engaged supportive office staff, and fellow agents who offer advice and kind words just when we need them. 

I’m so glad my friend weighed the pros and cons 20 years ago, and even more, that I responded with “I can do that!”  I’m looking forward to serving you, my next client, and I’m honored to be on that road with you!
