About Ashley Swift

Ashley Swift is a marketing/communications professional with a decade of experience across numerous industries. She earned a Master’s degree in psychology from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and is originally from Howard County, Maryland.

Prior to joining CIREBG, Ashley utilized her skills in the Olympic movement and racial equity spaces. She spearheaded a member-based diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for the national governing body of equestrian sport, as well as strategizing marketing campaigns and editorial and digital content in the healthcare advocacy field.

In her spare time, Ashley is a photographer and enjoys competing in the equestrian sport of eventing, hiking with her dog, and traveling.
