I was referred to Teresa by my Ohio Realtor Relo Dept. She promptly contacted me and got my pre approval letter issued by lender. Teresa really listened to me and remembered the important details. She scouted out homes for me even when we weren’t out touring homes. She knew when it was time to sit back and time to give me the nudge that i needed. Ultimately, she pushed me to see new construction that I wasn’t really excited to see. That was the house I bought! COULDNT BE HAPPIER! That’s what a confident seasoned realtor does!
