We met Charing and Marty Taylor 27 yrs ago when we bought our home in Lexington, Ky. They were referred to us by a previous client of theirs who were friends of ours. Charing and Marty helped us purchase our house 27 yrs ago in Lexington and then helped us again to sell it 7 yrs later. Fast forward 20 years and our daughter moved to Lexington and needed to buy a house. Thankfully Charing was still an active agent and she helped us quickly to find and buy a house. Alex was so patient and professional with me. He graciously followed my requests to include my daughter in all transactions since I am currently out of state. He only showed me homes totally within my parameters. I appreciate that he respected my wishes. Alex was a consummate professional and I will recommend him highly.❤️

Katie was incredible from the start! She jumped right in when we saw a house on the market when we didn’t have a realtor at the time, so I asked her to go with me the next day and she did! It was very short notice so we were thankful she made the time. She was quick with her responses when we had questions (and there were a lot) and very knowledgeable about the market. We felt comfortable with her since the day we met and would absolutely use her again.

As first time home buyers, the process seemed intimidating and overwhelming. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of working with Eric Chumley, who made the entire experience smooth and much less stressful. Charing Taylor is a top notch realtor! Her attention to detail and follow through are worth their weight in gold. We have previously used her in the sales of our other 2 homes and purchase of our new homes and will always highly recommend her in the Lexington area! She listens and advocates. She is on top of the market and cares deeply about her customers. I hesitate to even use the word customer as she makes you feel like you're the most important and the only one she is working with during that time. Christie's and the Lexington area is very fortunate to have this kind of care and expertise.
