Stephanie Barnhill is an incredible realtor and helped my husband and me find our perfect home. We are first-time home buyers and the prospect of buying a home was very intimidating. Stephanie helped us navigate the process and was always available to answer our questions. She is extremely communicative and knowledgeable about houses and the housing market in Lexington. She consistently checked the MLS for us, sent us links for houses that matched what we were looking for, and was always available to do a showing. When we found our home there were already multiple offers. She offered us guidance and our offer was ultimately accepted! Stephanie helped us feel confident and secure during the entire process and we could not have done it without her. We are so thankful and would recommend her to everyone.

We could not have been more pleased with Rachel & Rusty Underwood, the entire Christie's staff, and their outside partners who assisted with the many tours, due dilligence, and ultimate purchase of our new home. Rachel and Rusty were always available and willing to address any and all concerns throughout the process. It is evident that they spend an immense amount of time vetting and valuing industry partners to ensure a smooth transaction once under contract - we could not have had a better experience. Knowing that they went the extra mile on the buy-side, we did not entertain anyone else to sell our existing home. Trusting them, their team, and their preferred partners led to our dream home.
