We’ve known Rusty for almost a decade but had the pleasure of getting to know Rachel throughout this process. Rusty and Rachel are both patient, kind, and trustworthy. This is the fourth house that Rusty has either sold or bought for our family. Each time, it has felt like working with a member of our family and not a realtor. While packing to move, I found my husband‘s wallet, who passed away five years ago and opened it to find Rusty‘s card in the front. It was almost like my husband was letting me know that Rusty was the right choice. We are absolutely thrilled with our new place and are looking forward to the new memories we will make. The whole experience was seamless. Joe Sisson is our agent and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was available at all hours to answer any questions we had. He sold our condo for us and sold us a house. We would highly recommend Joe. He’s is the best.

The sale went pretty good except for the closing as I was not pleased that the check written was a different number than I was told on the closing statement that I agreed to. I was not told ahead of time about this change that was made.
