Rusty did a great job helping us buy our home from out of state. He was in constant communication and helped set everything up here since we couldn't do it ourselves. Richard is the Cadillac of real estate agents. He was extremely fast and efficient with all of the listings to suit my needs and my crazy personal schedule. He was very intuitive and knew what I needed before I could even express myself. He helped me through the difficult decisions I faced with each tempting property. The current market is extremely buyer abusive and Richard went above and beyond to help me find the right property for me. He was honest with me and straightforward with answering all of my questions. I had no doubt whatsoever that he had my best interest to serve at all times. He was extremely professional and sets the bar standard for customer service.
