In this high paced real estate market, having someone who knows the market is everything. Christy helped walk me through putting an offer on the house and researched comps so that the offer I put in would be fair, Christy determined the house was way underpriced so I bid over asking price. Christy's advice helped me beat out 10 other offers on the same house, and the house still came in under appraised value! Christy was there thru the whole process not just to put the offer in. A week prior to closing both the dishwasher on the new house broke, and a storm came and ripped part of there roof off. Christy was instrumental in getting both of these things fixed and in writing so that we could still close on time, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Literally by the time Christy had called me to tell me these things she had already spoken with roofers and the sellers and already had things take care of. I can not recommend her enough. It is no understatement that if it weren't for her I wouldn't have gotten the house. She just made everything so easy.

Its safe to say in this market any house will sell fast. I had no idea what to list my house for, and its safe to say without Christy's expertise I would have listed my house much lower. I wanted to list my house quick since I already found another house, so Christy came herself to take pictures just to get it listed since the photographer was out of town. My house was under contract quick, however after we got it under contract there were multiple things that came up on the inspection report. Christy did all the leg work by calling Bryant Heating and Air and Kentucky Plumbing and various others to figure out solutions and quotes. By the time I even learned there was issues and could possibly panic Christy had literally had figured everything out. Truly a life saver and saved this transaction from happening. Christy was literally with me every step of the way, and I can confidently say if it wasn't for Christy my house wouldn't have sold. It was truly a blessing having her by my side, and made what could have been a stressful situation for me a piece of cake. I can't recommend her enough!

Rusty is one of a kind. He stuck with us for over 7 months during the most challenging buying environment in modern history. Our experience with Ashley Whitworth and Milestone Realty Consultants was outstanding. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Ashley was excellent at walking us through every step of the process from start to finish. She was proactive in communicating and reaching out to us with updates, so we always felt in the loop and like our whole team was on top of things. She referred us to great third-party vendors for our inspections, etc. as well! This is a daunting time to be stepping into homeownership but we were able to find a home that met our needs quickly and painlessly. Christy Rock was absolutely incredible!! She was always available, quick to respond any time a house opened that we may be interested in, and she obviously cared about us, not just the sale. I have already and will continue to refer others to Christy, I can't say enough good things about her!
