We worked with Matt Gerwin at Milestone Realty and we couldn't recommend him enough! He was very motivated to show us any house we wanted to see and worked hard to make sure we were happy. He had great recommendations when it come to what to put in our offer letters and had great follow up. He was available to talk and answer questions whenever I needed help and has lots of resources when it comes to financing! He also has a great reputation among other realtors that carries a lot over other offers in the pile! We would highly recommend Matt to anyone and everyone looking to buy a house!

Absolutely unprofessional, not available, lazy, once she was paid she stopped responding and blocked me from all social media since she knew she was guilty. Telling everyone about how horrible milestone is. I had to turn around and work directly with the buyer agent since she acted as if I was nothing other than a burden the entire sale. I have texts, abs recorded phone calls with her behavior. Everyone that has read and listened plus the social media blocked made milestone look fantastic. (Not)
