Ashley is able to understand your needs and works hard for you. She makes the process of selling a house easier for the seller with taking care of things in advance and open, often communication. We tried to sell our house before and never had as many hits as Ashley immediately brought in. Highly recommend this professional!

Christy was wonderful to work with! She was always willing to look into any homes we came up with and suggested many. We moved from Pennsylvania so it was great to know she was looking out for us in Ky! She’s also gone above and beyond with helping us get familiar with our surroundings and making recommendations and suggestions, we so appreciate her! This is our 3rd time buying a home and first time buying from a seller, Christy is exquisite. Our first buyers backed out on closing day which was also our very first time selling a home and thought our world ended. Christy was so patient and held off for as long as she could to avoid breaking a deal with our sellers. We managed to put our home back on the market, get it sold, and got an extension from sellers who waited 2 months for us to sell our home. If ever out of state real estate laws change, I know it'll be because of us. Nobody should ever have to wait that long and we didn't want a repeat of backing out a signed contract that we had with our sellers. Thanks Christy for being the glue to keep everything together! 💕💕💕 Moving from WA to KY is no small task! Christy has helped us get through our most devastating experience.
