I was looking for something very specific and it took Katie and I about 5 months to get there. That is a lot of phone calls and personal meetings! Her service was just as exceptional on the last day as it was the first. Her attention to detail, availability and promptness made me feel like I was her only client. Some people are "just" good at their jobs while others genuinely care about the people they are helping...Katie is both. I'm the first of my family to move to the area and hopefully not the last. I'd be glad to bring Katie and Milestone Realty more business in the future.

Larisa Musiyaka is superior agent with great skills. We found our dream home on a first showing. We told her our priorities, location and what we were looking for in a home and she nailed it right away. Even more, she negotiated a very good deal for us! The transaction was super smooth and she updated us every step of the way. Larisa also helped us find insurance and utility companies. We are very appreciative of her! Definitely recommend her to everyone!

I am so pleased with Rusty and the professional manner he handled our transaction from start to finish. After I signed the contract to list the house with him, he took over and I sat back while he handled everything. He kept in touch letting me know what was transpiring and allowing me to sit back and relax. I believe we sold the house in about a weeks time having a few offers prior to the offer I accepted. He was there at closing and he did really seem to care about me and my family during our grieving time for the loss of our mother. Closing was a bitter sweet day and it is sad to know we will not be in the house any longer as a family after many years sharing loving times there. My stepfather built the house in 1946 and there are many happy memories there with my step sisters and my siblings. I hope that new tenants enjoy the house as much as we did and plenty of back yard for Easter egg hunts for the kiddos. I will recommend Rusty highly to everyone that needs a realtor.
