Jennifer Sisson was amazing to work with! I could not imaging going through the process of selling a home from another state with anyone else. Jennifer was available when we needed her from discussing the listing, to opening the house for contractors to prepare the house to go on the market, and to ultimately working with potential buyers and all of the necessary post contract individuals. Jennifer supplied us with comps so we could choose our list price as informed sellers. Jennifer also was able to provide us various individuals that could assist us in getting the home inspection items completed since we were out of town. I would not have known even where to start with finding someone to do these items from another state without the assistance of Jennifer. I honestly can not say enough positive things. Our process of selling a home was the opposite of what most of our friends have dealt with, we were so fortunate to work with Jennifer.

Malcolm was great from beginning to the end of our home building process. He answered every question we had and if he didn't have an answer, he made sure he did all the legwork to contact the project managers and get status updates for us, even though it wasn't necessarily something he should have done. I would recommend Malcolm to anyone I know that wants to buy a home.

Highly recommended! Rusty was an awesome help in buying my first house. He made the process super smooth. Very responsive to anything I needed. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to find my house in only a few weeks after I had been looking myself for months. He is super knowledgable about the area and has lots of local contacts.
