It was such a pleasure working with Charing and Marty on buying our first house! They had the answers to our questions and made the "first time" homeowner experience a great one! The purchase of a new house and the sale of our home both took longer than anticipated. The style house that we wanted were in short demand and were sold sometimes before you could get in to see them. The market for houses where our 'old' house went cold in the fall. Lots of showings but no offers. Charing and Marty didn't let that bother them. Finally the house was sold in February and closed in March. Although a much longer process than we anticipated the house we now call home is just what we need and we are glad that with their help we found it.

Charing is the most professional real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was extremely accommodating to helping me find a property and very helpful and knowledgeable in helping advise me in what to do in order to sell mine to get the most money. i received multiple offers and i credit that to her knowledge of helping me be prepared to sell my home. She always steered me toward the right home for us in our budget. My kids have been asking on a daily basis when she is going to visit to see our new home she helped us find. She made a great impression on them as well. I could not express enough gratefulness for her. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an outstanding agent.

Charing Taylor is a knowledgeable, patient, and amazing realtor! She takes the time to really listen to what you want and need and takes action. She is extremely patient and never gives up on finding the perfect fit. On the sale of our current home, she was faced with a difficult buyer and she handled it all with grace and professionalism. On the purchase of our new home, she was always very honest and open about pros and cons from her perspective. We really appreciated having an outside perspective to make sure that what we were doing was going to be a good fit for us in the long run. Charing goes above and beyond in every way! We are so thankful for her and Marty and their knowledge and passion for helping families in our community find the perfect place.

Charing and Marty are top notch. They are easy to work with and have guided us through the purchasing and selling process twice now. We recommend them to everyone we know. They listen to our needs and make sure that we are well-informed about decisions that are necessary during the purchasing/selling process.
