Working with Richard Flora was a great experience. His knowledge of the housing market of Lexington and his knowledge of real estate are second to none. From the first detail to the last, Richard was there and available anytime we needed him. And Richard made sure we were taken care after the inspection. I'm sure it's easy to miss things and end up with issues in your house but Richard defiantly wouldn't allow that. He helped make sure all the issues in the house were addressed and he even made sure our house was cleaned for us before moving in. If your in the market for a realtor, look no further than Richard Flora. You will not be sorry!!

Richard has so much knowledge in this market. He is very good at explaining everything about the neighborhoods. Also is very patience and is always available 24/7. He made this an easy process.

Richard is truly the epitome of the professional realtor. He was there to guide through our purchase every step of the way and made the process so simple. He went to bat for us to make all our issues were resolved and handled appropriately. He was available anytime we needed him which was comforting to know. He even went as far as to have our house cleaned for us! Who does that? This man is the best at what he does and he comes highly recommended from me and my family.

Richard was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. Richard's knowledge of Lexington neighborhoods was most helpful. Time was of the essence to Richard, who kept things moving along in a timely manner with no detail being overlooked from start to finish. My options were thoroughly explained to me each step of the way. I never had to wonder about what to do next either. Richard maintained good contact with me, keeping apprised of everything. This is by far the best experience I've had with any realtor.
