Malcolm has been a full time licensed real estate agent since 1996 and has built his practice around residential real estate. Within the field of residential sales, Malcolm specializes in new construction, which he finds especially rewarding because of the opportunity to assist his clients building the perfect home for their family. Malcolm is a Ball Homes specialists and at the same time maintains a healthy resale business in residential Real Estate. He has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and the CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) designations, both of which he finds particularly useful in offering guidance to Buyers of existing home or new construction. Malcolm's goal as a Realtor is to provide such outstanding service that his past clients will be so pleased they recommend him to their families and friends for their own home investments. His training, experience, and commitment to customer service are key to reaching that goal. Malcolm credits his detail-oriented work habits to his Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Kentucky. While Electrical Engineering provided a great career, it was not as rewarding as working side by side with his wife Debbie. They both started in Real Estate at the same time and never looked back.
