Ben Brown was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me. He was always kind and gracious every time I called him with concerns or issues. I will be referring Ben to all my friends and co-workers. He is truly an asset to Ball Homes!!

He kept us informed of the delays, which were really the only negative part of the entire process. It's tough working long distance on something like this. Ben made sure we could schedule what we needed to and kept us informed as things progressed. I'm happy, but never want to move again. He gave great advice throughout the selection process as well. Milestone is lucky to have him.
