About Pam Jury

Pam Jury spent almost 20 years in the commercial insurance field, earning multiple designations and industry awards while providing her clients the best customer service, before becoming a Realtor® in 2013. She decided to make the career move after her youngest daughter was born to allow more time and flexibility with her growing family.

Pam quickly became a successful individual agent, created a team, and dreamed of building her own brokerage, creating a trusted brand, and mentoring other professional agents. She started her own company, The Jury Group, in 2017. By the end of 2023, the company was ranked in the top 10% by sales volume among Bluegrass Realtors’ 500 offices. As of 2024, The Jury Group grew to 23 agents, served hundreds of buyer and seller clients, and closed over $230M in total brokerage sales volume.

Pam has earned a reputation for outstanding market expertise, consistently exceeding customer expectations, and passionately supporting and promoting local businesses and events. Pam credits her and her company’s success to partnering with the best client-focused Realtors in the region.

“When clients hire me to sell their house or purchase a new home, I strive to make it the best home buying or selling experience they’ve ever had,” said Pam. “The way I see it, Realtors help build neighborhoods and neighborhoods help build communities. I believe in supporting both.”

Pam was born and raised in Central Kentucky and married her husband Matt in 1999. They have two beautiful daughters together. Pam loves volunteering and serving others. She is a founding member of King City Church in Lexington, where she continues serving on the Finance and First Impressions teams. She also currently serves as the treasurer for Edythe J. Hayes Middle School PTSA.
